We’re searching for a highly skilled and analytical Tech SEO Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. In this critical role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring our websites are technically sound, crawlable, indexable, and optimized to achieve top search engine rankings. You’ll work closely with our development and content teams to implement best practices and troubleshoot any technical hurdles that impact on our SEO performance.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify issues such as crawl errors, indexation problems, broken links, site speed inefficiencies, and mobile usability issues.
• Analyze website architecture, internal linking structures, and URL parameters to ensure optimal crawlability and indexability.
• Implement and manage structured data (Schema Markup) to enhance search engine understanding and improve rich snippet eligibility.
• Monitor and optimize site speed and Core Web Vitals to ensure a seamless user experience and strong search performance.
• Work closely with developers to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into website development and redesign projects.
• Manage and optimize XML sitemaps and robots.txt files to guide search engine crawlers effectively.
• Identify and resolve duplicate content issues through canonicalization and other strategies.
• Monitor website performance using tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SiteBulb, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
• Stay ahead of the curve on the latest search engine algorithm updates and technical SEO trends.
• Provide clear, actionable recommendations to cross-functional teams and report on technical SEO performance.

What You’ll Bring:

• 3+ years of dedicated experience in Technical SEO, with a strong track record of improving website crawlability, indexation, and search rankings.
• Deep understanding of how search engines crawl, index, and rank websites.
• Proficiency with technical SEO tools including Google Search Console, SiteBulb, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Lighthouse, and PageSpeed Insights.
• Experience with various CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, custom-built) and their technical SEO implications.
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript from an SEO perspective (no coding required, but the ability to read and understand code is crucial).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• A proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience with international SEO and hreflang implementation.
• Knowledge of server-side SEO elements (e.g., .htaccess, server logs).
• Experience with log file analysis.
